Meatless Monday: Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

This is a great smoothie and it makes enough to share with a friend.  Jump start the day.  It is a perfect way to start it, try one this morning for breakfast.  However not just for breakfast, it also does double duty as a healthy snack, especially so when those post work-out jitters hit and some extra protein or carbs are needed.  No extra sweetener was added due to natural sweetness from ripe bananas.  It is just pure, healthy, smooth, natural goodness.  Try one today!  Share it with a love one, work out buddy, or family member.
